Frozen Chocolate Breakfast Bowl

Can you eat ice cream for breakfast? Of course you can! Try this half-frozen chocolate bowl full of fruit and nuts. Mix the dairy substitute and chocolate chips and bring the mixture to the boil. Mix the other ingredients together and slowly add the boiling mixture to this bowl. Then it’s time to be patient! Put the mixture in the freezer for at least an hour. The breakfast bowl is at it’s best when eaten half frozen.

Ingredients (one portion)

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 cups of your favorite dairy substitute
  • ½ cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 scoops of Meal Shake Chocolate powder
  • ½  cup of raw chocolate nibs
  • Fruits and nuts of choice. We chose walnuts, raspberries, blue and red berries.
