Green, fresh and rich on iron. This green smoothie with avocado and mint is the perfect refuel on a sunny day.


  • ½ an avocado
  • a cup of plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons of soy plant-based yoghurt
  • a handful of spinach ( you can add as much as you want actually)
  • a handful of fresh mint
  • 1 scoop of Meal Shake Chocolate powder
