The Vegan Chocolate Protein Bar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup or coconut flour
  • 1 cup or buckwheat flour
  • 2 scoops of Meal Shake chocolate powder
  • 1/2 Cup of peanut butter
  • 1/2 Cup of dates syrup
  • 1 1/2 Cup of drink almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Cup of raw cocoa nibs

Recipe

Step 1: Mix the coconut flour, buckwheat flour and the 2 scoops of Meal Shake chocolate powder in a bowl.

Step 2: Heat up the peanut butter together with the dates syrup, 1/3 of the drink almond milk and half of the chocolate chips till melted.

Step 3: Put the melted mixture in the bowl with the dry ingredients. Add the chocolate chips and raw cacao nibs and mix it all together. Add the extra almond milk when the mixture is to dry.

Step 4: Spread the mixture on a baking tray or a flat plate and leave it in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes.
