Come out of your blues with this pear and ginger autumnsmoothie! Warm flavors with a hint of cinnamon, a delicious ginger punch and of course our Meal Shake chocolate powder for some extra vitamins and minerals.
- 1 large pear (or 2 little ones)
- 2 Dates
- 3 walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Scoop Meal Shake Chocolate Powder
- 1 Piece of ginger (a piece of 2 cm is enough)
- 1 1/2 Cup of vegetable milk (we have used almond milk for this recipe)
