Nutritious and a delicious chocolate flavor. Because of the melting chocolate that runs out of the pancakes while you cut it, you almost forget that these pancakes are also super healthy!
- 2 Banana
- 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon chiaseed
- 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
- 2 scoops Meal Shake chocolate powder
- 1 cup vegetable milk
Step 1: Put the chia seed in half a cup of hot water and allow to well for several minutes until the water and the chia seed thickened up.
Step 2: Put the other ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) in a blender.
Step 3: If the water and chia mixture is thickened, it is ready to be added to the mixture.
Step 4: Bake the pancakes in a large pan. While the pancakes are still soft, press the chocolate chips in the pancakes. Make sure they are nicely in the middle of the pancakes, so the chocolate chips are well warm and the hot chocolate runs over your plate when you cut the pancake
